Method
- Cut all veggies into 1 inch long pieces.
- Pour oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add all vegetables and fry, add stock salt and pepper powder.
- Stir fry until vegetables are done.
Ingredients:
200 g - carrot
200 g - broccoli
200 g - beans cauliflower
1 cube - vegetable stock
salt to taste
1 tsp - pepper powder
2 tbsp - oil
