Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add broken wheat and cook for some time.
  3. To this, add water and pressure cook till the daliya is done.
  4. Add milk and cook on slow fire for some time.
  5. Add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  6. Cook on slow fire, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve hot.
