Method
Roast the mustard seeds on a Tawa (cover up while roasting).
Grind to paste (not very fine) coconut, mustard, chillies and tamarind.
Peel and squeeze the mangoes so that pulp is homogenized.
Add the ground paste, salt and jaggery and mix thoroughly with your hands.
You can serve it with one mango seed (batha) and the masala in a small side dish.
Some people cook the whole mixture till all ingredients blend about 5 minutes.

6 - ripe mangoes (small)
1/2 - coconut, grated
1 tbsp - mustard seeds
4 - green chillies
a small ball - tamarind
2 to 3 tbsp - jaggery, grated
salt to taste
