Method
- Soak wheat rava and urad dal separately for 3 hours.
- First grind the urad dal.
- Then add wheat rava, grind it for 2 mins, add salt.
- Keep it for 4 hours.
- Make idlis and serve with vegetable sambar.
- Makes a balanced breakfast for diabetic patients.
