Method
In a wok heat oil, add diced ginger and garlic, fry for a while then add methi and fry a bit.
Add chopped bottle gourd/lauki and fry for some time.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilly powder and salt.
Add some water and either pressure cook until done or cook normally until done.

500g - diced lauki/bottle gourd
150g - methi leaves
2 tsp - diced ginger
2 tsp - diced garlic
1 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric
1-2 tsp - red chilly powder
