MethodFor Biscuit Layer:
- Mix all ingredients, spread out on a thick greased plastic sheet.
- Pat to a thick layer, well pressed.
- Keep refrigerated till required.
For Inner Layer:
- Melt butter, chocolate in a heavy pan, on low heat.
- When melted, add condensed milk, mix, stir continuously.
- Add milk powder, cocoa, mix well till lumpless.
- Take off fire, add all walnuts, mix again.
- Cool a bit, spread out carefully on biscuit layer.
- Using the sheet to apply pressure, press into a cylinder.
- The rolled product will look like a swiss roll.
- Roll this in walnut powder.
- Chill, cut into 1/2” thick slices.
- Store in airtight container.

Makes: 20 slices approx

400 gms - marie biscuits, crushed coarsely
100 gms - walnuts, crushed
2 tbsp - butter melted
1/2 cup - sugar, powdered
2 or 3 drops - vanilla essence
For Inner Layer:
1 slab - cadbury’s milk chocolate
1/2 cup - whole milk powder
1/2 cup - walnuts, crushed coarsely
1/2 can - condensed milk
1/4 cup - cocoa powder
2 tbsp - butter
For Coating:
1 cup - walnut powder
