Curry Leaves Chutney

Method
  1. Separate leaves of curry, peel the garlic flakes.
  2. Break the chillies into two parts each.
  3. Heat half the amount of the oil, add half the amount of cumin seeds.
  4. Let it splutter, add garlic fry it and remove.
  5. Add curry leaves and fry it.
  6. Remove, fry chillies. Grind all.
  7. Heat the remaining oil add cumin seeds.
  8. Add the ground ingredients, salt, fry a little and remove from flame.
  9. Tastes good with bhakhris or chapatis
Ingredients:
1 - curry leaves bundle
5 to 6 - green chillies
5 to 6 - garlic flakes
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
