Method
- Place cocoa, butter, sugar in a nonstick pan.
- Dissolve on low flame, gently stirring with spatula.
- Take off gas, add all other ingredients.
- Mix gently, set in a tray, cut into pieces.
- Cool enough to be able to lift off pieces neatly.
- Remove by loosening with a metal spatula from the base.
- Store between sheets of greaseproof paper in airtight container.
