Dry Potato Wafers

  1. Parboil the potatoes. Add salt while boiling.
  2. Strain the water out immediately after par boiling the potatoes.
  3. When they cool down, peel the potatoes.
  4. Cut into thin wafers.
  5. Arrange them in a polyethylene sheet or on a thali.
  6. Dry them in direct sunlight.
  7. Fry wafers in oil when required.
1/2 kg - potatoes

For Masala:
salt to taste
