cooking soda - 1 tsp
curds - 1 cup
oil - 2 tbsp
green chili - 1, finely chopped
ginger - 1 tsp, minced
curry leaves - 1/2 cup, finely shredded
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
oil to fry
warm water as needed
