Method
  1. Grate locky and squeeze the water from it and keep aside.
  2. Then heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree and stir till it leaves oil and then add onion paste.
  3. After that add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cashew powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
  4. Add besan to locky, green chilli paste, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, soda and knead it and make balls out of it.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.
  6. Add the fried kofta to gravy and garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 - locky
1 cup - besan
pinch - cooking soda
1/2 cup - onion paste
1/2 cup - tomato puree
1/2 tsp - cashew nut powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - coconut and kaska powder
1 1/2 tsp - red chilli
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
2tsp - butter
green chilli paste
pinch of turmeric powder
coriander leaves
salt to taste
