Method
  1. Wash palak bhaji, make pieces and boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Take it off the heat.
  3. Add yoghurt in boiled palak bhaji.
  4. Add salt, green chillies, ginger as per required taste and stir it.
  5. Then take oil, zeera, mustard and mix all together.
  6. Keep it on the heat for two minutes.
  7. Mix these with palak and yoghurt.
Ingredients:
200 g - yoghurt
100 g - palak bhaji (spinach)
10 - green chillies
3 tbsp - fresh coconut
1 piece - ginger
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - mustard
1 tbsp - cumin seeds
salt
