Method
  1. Mash paneer and khoya till smooth.
  2. Blend in condensed milk and maida (mixer may be used).
  3. Add powdered pistachios.
  4. Transfer to a thick bottomed vessel.
  5. Cook on a slow fire till the mixture becomes thick and forms a ball.
  6. Pour onto a lighting greased tray and spread evenly to about � thickness.
  7. Cool for 4 to 5 hours and cut into 2 inch square pieces.

Cooking time: 10 minutes.

� tin - condensed milk
150 g - paneer (cottage cheese)
150 g - khoya
50 g - maida (white flour)
75 g - pistachios, finely powdered
