Method
- Mash paneer and khoya till smooth.
- Blend in condensed milk and maida (mixer may be used).
- Add powdered pistachios.
- Transfer to a thick bottomed vessel.
- Cook on a slow fire till the mixture becomes thick and forms a ball.
- Pour onto a lighting greased tray and spread evenly to about � thickness.
- Cool for 4 to 5 hours and cut into 2 inch square pieces.
