Potato Peanut Raitha

Method
  1. Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle on top
  2. Mix potato with salt and chaat masala.
  3. Shape into 1.5 cm balls, with a raisin in the center.
  4. Grind peanuts with coconut, green chili and ginger, coarsely.
  5. Beat the curds till smooth and mix with the peanut mixture. Add sugar and salt to taste.
  6. Add the potato balls to the curd mixture.
  7. Sprinkle roated cumin powder on top.
  8. Serve with chapathi and curry.

2 cup - fresh curds
1 cup - boiled, peeled and mashed potato
1/2 cup - roasted peanuts
1/2 cup - grated coconut
1 tsp - chaat masala
2 - green chilies, small
2 cm piece - ginger
1 tsp - sugar
salt to taste
few raisins
