Stuffed (Aloo/Gobi) Paratha

Pre Preparation :
  1. Sieve wheat flour with salt .
  2. Add water in it and mix it very well.
  3. Make a smooth dough.
For Aloo Paratha :
  1. Boil potatoes in microwave or in pressure cooker.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes with potato masher.
  3. Add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,coriender powder,amchur powder,chopped coriender leaves.
For Gobi Paratha :
  1. Shred cauliflower and put in pressure cooker and take only 1 whistle.
  2. Add shredded ginger, chilli powder,garam masala,amchur powder,green chillies and coriender leaves.
Method :
  1. Make small rolls of dough.
  2. Roll it like chappati, put some mashed potato mixture in it and fold it towards center till the edges meet. Seal the edges by pressing the chappati.
  3. Now again roll it like chapati (around 8 inches in diameter).
  4. Repeat the process with gobi also.
  5. Pre heat tava on high flame.
  6. Apply some oil on tava and put aloo/gobi paratha.
  7. Cook it both the side with oil at med-high flame.
  8. Repeat step 2-3 to make more parathas.
  9. Before serving put some butter on it.
  10. Serve it hot with green chutney and tea.
4 cups Wheat flour(atta)
Salt (depending upon taste)
2 potatoes
5-6 shredded florlets of cauliflower
3-4 chopped green chillies
shredded ginger
chopped coriender leaves
red chilli powder
coriender powder
garam masala
amchur powder
vegetable oil
