Walnut Butter

  1. Run chilli, mint in small mixie, to crush.
  2. Add butter, run to form a soft ball.
  3. Take out, fold in crushed nuts, pistachios.
  4. To be applied thickly on bread slices.
  5. Can also be served to accompany Indian breads like sheermal, parathas, etc.

Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 10-12 servings
Shelflife: 2 days refrigerated

Ingredients:
1/2 cup - walnuts, crushed coarsely
5 to 6 - green pistachios, coarsely crushed
1 tsp - pineapple or plum or cherry jam or marmalade
1 cup - table butter, softened well
1 stalk - mint leaves, chopped
1 - small green chilli, finely chopped
