Method
  1. Roast the besan very well on medium heat.
  2. Cool, mix with sugar and grind them together to get a uniform consistency.
  3. Also add elaichi powder and ghee.
  4. Make the mixture into laddu of your desired size and decorate with sliced almonds or raisins.

1 cup gram flour/besan
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom/elaichi powder
