Coconut Pakoda

Method
  1. Mix all ingredients with one table spoon of oil and add small amount of water to make a stiff dough.
  2. Make small balls and flatten them.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown.
  4. If the pakodas open up, add little more besan and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup finely grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup besan
1 onion, chopped finely
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
Oil to fry
