Method
- Finely chop the veggies; mix with other ingredients except cheese.
- Apply pasta sauce or tomato sauce on each bread slice.
- Top with veggies and Mozzarella.
- Grease a pan, place the bread slices on it carefully.
- Cover with lid and cook till cheese melts.
- Keep the flame very low to prevent bread from charring.
- Use veggies of your choice and experiment with chicken, if you wish to.
- Saute the veggies or use them raw.
