Method
  1. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the buttered bread slices into small cubes.
  3. Sprinkle drinking chocolate on the base of the dish.
  4. Arrange a layer of bread cubes over this.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the drinking chocolate over this and repeat layers.
  6. Beat eggs & sugar till light coloured.
  7. Strain the milk over this & stir well.
  8. Add vanilla essence Pour this carefully over the bread
  9. Bake till nicely brown in moderate hot oven.
