Method
  1. Cut each slice of bread into 4 pieces.
  2. Churn the curds well with gram flour and water. Keep this aside.
  3. Heat some oil in a kadhai.
  4. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  5. When they splutter, add asafeotida powder, green chilies and curry leaves.
  6. Fry for a minute.
  7. Add the churned curds and boil to a boiling point.
  8. Stir at regular intervals.
  9. When this mixture reaches to a boiling point, add the pieces of bread in it.
  10. Mix well. Let the bread soak up the curds well.
  11. When the bread has mixed well with the curds switch of the gas.
  12. Serve hot garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1 loaf - bread
2 cups - thick curds (preferably little sour)
2 tbsp - gram flour
3 cups - water
3 tbsp - oil for tempering
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - mustard seeds
� tsp - asafeotida powder
5 - green chilies (slit)
8 to 10 - curry leaves
� tsp - turmeric powder
2 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
