3 tbsp - oil for tempering
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - mustard seeds
� tsp - asafeotida powder
5 - green chilies (slit)
8 to 10 - curry leaves
� tsp - turmeric powder
2 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
