Method
- Take the bread in a bowl and crumble it nicely with your hands.
- Add curd, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder and salt to it and mix well to form a dough.
- Add just a little more of curd if the dough is too dry.
- At the same time it should not be too wet either.
- Pinch small portions of the dough and make balls.
- Flatten them with your hand.
- Place the cutlets on a hot skillet and roast them on both sides until golden brown by adding a tsp of oil.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
