Bread cutlet

  1. Take the bread in a bowl and crumble it nicely with your hands.
  2. Add curd, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder and salt to it and mix well to form a dough.
  3. Add just a little more of curd if the dough is too dry.
  4. At the same time it should not be too wet either.
  5. Pinch small portions of the dough and make balls.
  6. Flatten them with your hand.
  7. Place the cutlets on a hot skillet and roast them on both sides until golden brown by adding a tsp of oil.
  8. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
  9. This quantity would make around 6 cutlets.

4 slices - bread
2 tbsp - curd
1 - onion
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder, to taste
Salt to taste
