Method
Immerse the bread slices in water and squeeze the water and mash the bread.
Add the required amount of salt and a little of grated carrot and coriander.
Shape them into vadas.
In a serving vessel, arrange the bread vadas.
Add a pinch of salt to the curd and pour the thick curd over the vadas.
Garnish with carrot, coriander, cucumber, cashews.
Sprinkle chat masala on top of this and serve.
