Instant Bread Dahi Vada

Method
  1. Immerse the bread slices in water and squeeze the water and mash the bread.
  2. Add the required amount of salt and a little of grated carrot and coriander.
  3. Shape them into vadas.
  4. In a serving vessel, arrange the bread vadas.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the curd and pour the thick curd over the vadas.
  6. Garnish with carrot, coriander, cucumber, cashews.
  7. Sprinkle chat masala on top of this and serve.
Ingredients:
4 - bread slices
1 cup - Thick Curd
1/4 cup - grated Carrot
1 tbsp - finely Chopped Coriander
1 tbsp - Finely Chopped Cucumber
Roasted Cashews for Garnishing
1 tsp - chat Masala
Salt to Taste
