Method
- Slit open the Panini bread, toast the inner sides.
- Apply the peanut butter, chocolate ganache.
- Top up the ganache with toasted hazelnuts.
- Serve on the serving plate with berry grits and pastry custard as show.
- Garnish with icing sugar, coco powder, mint sprigs and cinnamon sticks.
