Schezwan Sandwich

Method
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan add chopped garlic & onion and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add grated paneer and finely chopped capsicum. Mix well.
  3. Add black pepper powder, red chilly powder, salt & Ching`s all in one sauce.
  4. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Remove from fire. Keep it aside.
  6. In a plate take the bread slice. Remove the edges.
  7. Apply Cheese spread over the bread.
  8. In the center keep the toppings. Roll the bread.
  9. Insert the toothpick in between. Do the same with remaining bread slices.
  10. Apply ghee or butte on the top of bread slices.
  11. Microwave the breads slices at high for 2 minutes.
  12. Take out the bread slices from the microwave.
  13. Remove the tooth pick. Cut the slices into 2 pieces.
  14. Garnish them with coriander leaves and grated Paneer.
  15. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.

NOTE: You can also bake the bread slices for 2 minutes. If you do not have Ching`s All in one Sauce, you can use 2 tsp soya sauce in its place.

Ingredients:
2-3 - Bread Slices
1 - Capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup - Paneer, finely chopped
2-3 - Chopped Garlic
1 - Onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp - Red Chilly Powder
Salt to taste
2-3 tsp - Cheese Spread
1 tsp - Butter or ghee
2 tsp - Ching`s All in one Sauce
Oil for cooking
For Garnishing:
2-3 tsp - Coriander Leaves
2-3 tsp - Paneer, grated
