Sweetcorn Dhahi Sandwich

Method
  1. Heat the butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add the onions and fry till golden pink
  2. Then add capsicum, fry till soft and add tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes, Season with jaljeera power, pepper power and salt to taste and mix well
  3. Add the sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas
  4. Then add the fresh cream and mix well and keep aside.
  5. Toast the bread slices by adding some butter on it and keep a side.
  6. Beat the sugar and curds and keep aside.

Serving tip:
Take a serving plate and place one toasted bread slice; spread the mixture on the slice and cover it by another slice and on top pour the curds mixture and garnish with some corns on it and serve hot.

Ingredients:
200 g - sweet corn (boiled)
8 - bread slices
1 - onion, medium, finely chopped
1 - capsicum, big, finely chopped
1 - tomato, medium, finely chopped
50g - fresh cream
2 tsp - butter
3 tsp - sugar
300 g - curds
1/4 tsp - jaljeera power
1/4 tsp - pepper power
salt to taste
tomato sauce (optional)
