Method
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder.
- Place in a bowl over simmering water.
- Make a well in the centre of sifted ingredients and add boiling water and butter.
- Stir gradually until icing is smooth.
Ingredients:
2 cups - icing sugar
2 tsps - butter
4 tbsps - cocoa powder
2 1/2 tbsps - boiling water
