Method
- Place sifted icing sugar in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Make a well in the centre and add lemon juice, butter, vanilla essence and grated lemon peel.
- Gradually stir until icing sugar is smooth.
Ingredients:
1 cup - icing sugar
1 tsp - butter
1 tbsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - grated lemon peel
3 drops - vanilla essence
