Shakarkandhi Aur Phalon Ki Chaat

Method
  1. Dice the boiled and peeled shakarkhandi. Heat the butter on a griddle (tawa) and shallow fry the shakarkhandi on all sides till crisp and light golden in colour. Remove from heat and set aside. Dice all the fruits (do not peel the apples), and mix them with the fried shakarkhandi.
  2. Add the rock salt, amchur powder and lemon juice.
  3. Toss gently and transfer into a serving plate and garnish with the mint leaves.
  4. Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
250 gms. shakarkhandi (sweet potatoes) boiled and peeled
noor butter for shallow fry
2 apples
2 bananas
150 gms. papaya peeled
100 gms. watermelon peeled and deseeded
30 gms. pomegranate seeds
50 gms. grapes
1 ½ tsp. rock salt
½ tsp. amchur powder
juice of 1 lemon
