Method
- Sieve maida, powder cashewnuts, mix both well.
- Take two cups of sugar, add 3/4 th cup of water and pour it in thick bottom pan.
- Lower flame and stir the syrup till it reaches a one thread consistency.
- Then add cashew maida mixture to the syrup.
- Start adding ghee little by little while stirring the mixture.
- See that no lumps are formed.
- When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, add the rest of the ghee and pour the mixture in a ghee-greased plate.
- When still hot, cut into desired shapes.

100g - cashew nuts
1 cup - maida
2 cups - sugar
1 cup - pure ghee
