Granola crunchy

Method
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients except dry fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on an oiled baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven set at 160 degrees C for an hour.
  5. You might have to stir the mixture in between to break the lumps and cook the granola evenly.
  6. Remove from oven and add the dried fruits.
  7. Allow to cool completely and store in airtight containers.

Serving suggestion: You could eat this with curd, milk or even as a healthy topping for ice-cream.

Ingredients:
3 cups white oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
3/4 cup chopped dried fruit mix (figs, dates, raisins)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup honey
A pinch of salt
