Method
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape each portion into laddoo like shape.
  3. Grease a plate with some ghee.
  4. Place the plate in the pressure cooker and steam cook for about 12 to 15 minutes over low heat.
  5. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
Ingredients:
2 cups - paneer from cow`s milk
1&1/2 cup - milk powder
1/2 cup - powdered sugar
2 tbsp - sweet yogurt
1 tsp - ghee
1 tsp - cardamom powder
4 to 5 drops - kewra essence or saffron
