Method
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape each portion into laddoo like shape.
Grease a plate with some ghee.
Place the plate in the pressure cooker and steam cook for about 12 to 15 minutes over low heat.
Remove and allow to cool before serving.

2 cups - paneer from cow`s milk
1&1/2 cup - milk powder
1/2 cup - powdered sugar
