Method
- Sift dry ingredients into bowl, rub in butter and grated cheese, mix to a soft dough with lemon juice.
- Shape mixture into a roll 38 cm (15 in) long, wrap in greaseproof paper, then aluminium foil, refrigerate at least three hours.
- Cut roll into slices 5 mm (� in) thick, place on greased oven trays.
- Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes, until light golden brown.
- Cool on trays.
