Cheddar Rice Balls

Method
  1. Combine cooked rice, boiled and chopped spinach, grated cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
  2. Form into balls. Roll in breadcrumbs (approximately 3/4 cup) and fry.
  3. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups - cooked rice
1 cup - boiled spinach
3/4 cup - grated cheese
2 tbsps - lemon juice
salt, pepper and mustard to taste
