Cheese Spaghetti Corn Pie

Method
  1. Grease the pie dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
  2. To prepare the spaghetti layer, put the butter into a casserole dish and microwave on High for 1 minute.
  3. Add milk and mix well. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  4. Add milk and mix well. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  5. Add milk and mix well. Microwave on High for 3 minutes till thick like sauce.
  6. Mix well in salt, pepper and cheese.
  7. Add the spaghetti and spread on the bas. And along the pie dish.

For the Filling:

  1. Put the butter into a casserole dish and microwave on High for 1 minute.
  2. Add the onion and garlic.
  3. Cover and microwave on High for 2 minutes, to soften.
  4. Add tomato juice, corn flour, salt, pepper, sugar and red chilli powder.
  5. Partially cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes till bubbling. Stir once in-between.
  6. Mix in the boiled corn and microwave on High for 1 minute.
  7. Pour into the prepared pie dish.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese and arrange a few capsicum pieces on top.
  9. Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes before serving.
Ingredients:
6 tsp - butter
1 1/2 tbsp - maize flour
3/4 cup - milk
2 tbsp - grated cheese
1 1/2 cups - spaghetti, cooked and cut into small pieces
salt and pepper

For the Corn Filling:
2 tbsp - butter
1/2 cup - chopped onion
6 - cloves, garlic, chopped
1 1/4 cups - tomato juice
1 tbsp - corn flour
1/2 cup - corn, boiled
1 tsp - red chili powder
salt & pepper

For the Topping:
6 tsp - grated cheese
a few - capsicum pieces
