Cheese bondas

Method
  1. Beat eggs and blend well with milk.
  2. Mix flour, grated cheese, chilli powder and butter together.
  3. Make a well in the centre and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
  4. Add salt and blend well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of this in hot oil and fry till golden brown on all sides.
  6. Drain and serve hot.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. chilli powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
