Method
Wash paneer well in water and hang in a muslin cloth till the the water is drained.
Remove and gently knead the dough to mash the granules, if any.
Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and knead again to obtain a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, and stuff with a piece of chocolate.
Make lemon-sized balls.
Cook the balls in milk on low heat for 5 minutes.
Keep aside to cool.
Now, pour the rabri into flat saucers or in stem glasses and place the chenna chocolate balls over the rabri.
Serve cold covered with chocolate sauce.

250g - chenna (paneer made from cow`s milk)
2 tbsp - cocoa powder
2 tsp - powdered sugar
A few pieces of chocolate for stuffing
100 ml milk
250 ml rabri
