Cream Kulfi

Method
  1. Boil the full cream milk in a heavy based utensil on low flame.
  2. Add grated petha pieces to the boiling milk.
  3. Keep it stirring constantly.
  4. Put the grated pieces of cheese in a sieve and wash them with water.
  5. Now add this cheese and cardamom powder to the boiling milk.
  6. Do not stop stirring
  7. Remove from the fire when milk thickens.
  8. Add grated dry fruits. Allow the mixture to cool.

1 liter - full cream milk
250g - cottage cheese
5 to 6 pieces - dry petha
4 to 5 - green cardamoms
a handful - dry fruits
