200 gms. cottage cheese
1 large boiled and mashed potatoes
2 slices with crust removed white bread
2 tbsp. cornflour
1 medium onion chopped
2 deseeded and chopped green chillies
3 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for deep frying.
