Paneer Sandwich

Method
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Saute the paneer cubes in a little oil.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt over it. Keep aside.
  4. Spread some sandwich spread on the bread slices.
  5. Place a slice of sautéed cottage cheese (paneer) between two bread slices.
  6. Prepare all sandwich in the same manner.
  7. Press and seal sandwich on all 4 sides with wet hands.
  8. Deep fry each sandwich in hot oil until golden brown colour.
  9. Serve hot with chutney.
Ingredients:
8 slices - cottage cheese, cut into same size squares as the bread
8 - bread slices, cut into small squares

oil
