Method
- Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
- Add the grated cheese, pepper-cumin powder, cornflour and salt.
- Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.

1 tsp - grated cheese
1 tsp - pepper-cumin powder
1/4 cup - corn flour
salt to taste
oil to fry
