Method
- Peel and cut potato into cubes.
- Chop finely onion.
- Put potatoes,onion,salt and water in a cooker and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Open cooker and allow it to cool.
- Mix the mixture in a blender or mash it through a seive, return soup to a sauce pan and add milk and pepper.
- Cook on medium heat and bring it to boil stirring constantly.
- Add cheese and stir till the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
