Tandoori Malai Broccoli

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Mix the grated cheddar cheese with all the ingredients, except broccoli and almond flakes, together.
  3. Add broccoli and set aside to marinate for an hour.
  4. Cook in the preheated oven until done.
  5. When done, put slices of cheddar cheese on top of the florets and roast further in the oven until cheese has melted.
  6. Sprinkle over the toasted almond flakes. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
Cheddar cheese, half grated, half sliced - 40 gms
Cream - 100 gms
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli - 2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Ginger paste - 4 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander stems - 2 tsp
Broccoli florets, blanched - 300 gms
Almond flakes - 4 tsp
