1&1/2 cups - beans, brinjal, potatoes, amaranth stems and drumstick
1/2 cup - red gram dal (pressure cooked with water)
1 - coconut (grind and extract milk)
1/2 tsp - sambar powder
2 - red chillies
7-8 - black pepper
1 tsp - mustard seeds
2 tsp - black gram dal
1 tsp - rice flour
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
A pinch hing
1/4 cup - curry leaves
1/4 cup - coriander leaves
2 tsp - oil
Salt to taste
