Method
  1. Add salt and kokum to a bowl and then in a mixer grind cocunut and green chilli along with some water.
  2. Now extract the juice and add to the bowl and repeat thrice.
  3. Keep this for about 1/2 hour for the kadi to get the taste of kokum.

Tip: You can add garlic to the coconut and green chilli for making garlic solkadi.

1/2 - grated cocunut
1 - glass drinking water
1 tsp - salt
4-5 - kokum
1 - green chilli
