Method
  1. Take a pan and put in sweet corn, maida, garlic paste, black paper, salt and 1 tsp oil and stir it.
  2. Then fry in oil on a medium flame till they are crisp and golden.
  3. Before serving, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicums, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander and chat masala. garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
  4. Serve hot with coffee & tea.
Ingredients:
200 g - sweet corn
25 g - maida
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 - big sized onion chopped
1 tsp - green chilli chopped
1 to 2 tsp - capsicum chopped (red, yellow, green)
black paper (to taste)
salt to taste
oil for frying
chat masala
1 tsp - chopped green coriander
coriander leaves(for garnishing)
1 - small sized chopped tomato
