Method
  1. Heat up 2 tsps of oil in a wok. Add 1 tsp of mustard (optional). After it splutters, add green chillies and fry them.

  2. Add the corn and stir well on high. Let the water dry up. ( frozen kernels have some amount of water on them.)

  3. Add coconut and lime juice and mix well.

  4. Garnish with cliantro and serve.

Goes well with Masala Peanuts and Red Wine / Thai Beer.

Ingredients:
Sweet Corn Kernels - removed from the cobs - Giant, Richfood - 1 pack
Fresh Grated coconut - 3 tbsp.
Halapeno peppers - 1 or 2 finely chopped
Cliantro - few leaves, chopped fine
Lime juice - 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
