Method
- Cook the corn kernels in the microwave for about 3 mins, or until they are cooked.
- In a mixing bowl add oil, cooked corn, carrots, onions, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, sugar , lime juice and mix well. Add more masalas if required.
- Garnish with sev, cilantro and serve immediately.
