Method
  1. Boil corn until soft. Drain it and keep aside.
  2. In a kadhai pour some oil.
  3. Add jeera, once its changes color add asafetida (hing).
  4. Add corn. Add salt, red pepper powder, garam masala and turmeric.
  5. Mix it well. Taste and correct the seasoning before serving.
  6. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 cup - yellow sweet corn
1 tbsp - oil (any)
1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp - garam masala (badshah masala)
1/4 tbsp - turmeric powder
jeera (for tempering)
asafetida (for tempering)
salt
