Corn salad

Method
  1. Cut corn into 2 pieces and boil it with salt.
  2. See to it that the corn is fully cooked and soft.
  3. Meanwhile, chop cucumber, tomato, onion, capsicum to fine pieces.
  4. Grate carrot.
  5. Chop coriander leaves very fine.
  6. Pluck the corn from the cob.
  7. Take a small bowl, transfer the corn, cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot and combine it.
  8. To this add, red chilli powder, chat masala powder, butter, chopped coriander leaves, salt and mix them all.
  9. Add fresh lemon juice and combine.

2 - corns
1 - cucumber (small)
1 - carrot
1/2 - tomato
1 - onion
1/2 - capsicum
Coriander leaves, a handful
1/2 tbsp - red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp - chaat masala powder
1 tbsp - melted butter
1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
